We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within these time frames that are listed on each product page.

The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.

TRACKING AN ORDER

IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs,if you 30% restocking fee.

ABOUT TAXES&DUTIES
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
